Moin!
I'm Janina (Janni)

I like to make things happen.

Ambition and creativity have always been my engine. My passion lies in creating bold, innovative concepts and designs that make a difference. Like the specs of colour I garnish my daily outfits with, it’s about adding little dashes of humor and unexpected surprises to the everyday work life.

I’m obviously a people person.

My engine is fueled by the wonderful people I have, or have had, the privilege to work with. Like at Zum Goldenen Hirschen, Serviceplan and currently at DDB Germany. Forming close bonds and supporting each other is empowering, which I continue to experience in the regular reunions organized by former participants of the ADC Future Female Leadership program.

I also believe in the power of connection.

Typically-Me is outgoing, likes to chit-chat and joke, but knows when it’s time to shut up and get shit done. Or when it’s time to listen and learn, develop new skills and jump into new things and loving them. Working in a team is more than brainstorming, it is about seeking human truths together, finding insights, developing ideas, making magic and becoming the creative you always wanted to be.

about-me.png
  1. I’m excellent at remembering random facts but can never seem to retain people’s names—it’s a talent and a curse.

  2. I'm a twin, but we're more like bonus besties than carbon copies

  3. I'm basically a human mood booster. Just ask my friends, they always spill their tea to me. (& somehow making strangers spill their life stories)

  4. French braids, fishtails, crown braids—you name it, I can braid it. Forget the tutorials—I’m a walking Pinterest board.

  5. I’m currently mastering the art of running without gasping like I just ran a marathon at minute 21.  – it’s a work in progress.

  6. If you’ve got a wild theory about a true crime doc, I want to hear it. Solving mysteries in my head is my cardio.

  7. My two different-colored eyes are always a conversation starter, and, no, my twin doesn’t have them—it’s just my thing.
